Evaluation
With the triple commitment to continuous improvement, transparency and accountability that must accompany the implementation of any public policy, the Foundation makes available to the general public, the main results from the latest regular and systematic evaluations of the initiatives of the system of professional training for employment, which it manages in its field of action. We will also report on news, meetings, seminars or specific training in the field of training assessment and the subsystem of training for employment.
News
- The report on the quality assessment of training actions in training discounted by companies in 2016 and 2017 has been published. This document presents the results of the analysis of a sample of the questionnaires completed by the participants at the end of a training action.
The quality assessment questionnaire of training activities for employment, regulated by the State Employment Service Resolution of 27 April 2009, is a very useful tool to verify workers’ satisfaction with the training discounted by their companies. - The executive summary of the final report of the annual plan for evaluating the quality, impact, effectiveness and efficiency of the system of professional training for employment was published after being approved by the General Council of the National Employment System (CGSNE), which is carried out under the regulatory framework established in Law 30/2015, of 9 September, in Article 21.1, which states that “the
State Employment Service, with the participation of the competent bodies or entities of the autonomous communities and of the most representative business and trade union organisations,” shall draw up this plan aimed at improving
the functioning of the system of training for employment. The European University of Madrid collaborated in this edition.
