1. IDENTIFYING DATA:

In compliance with the duty of information contained in Article 10 of Law 34/2002, of July 11, on Services of the Information Society and Electronic Commerce, the following are reflected: the holding company www.fundae.es is the STATE FOUNDATION OF PROFESSIONAL TRAINING FOR EMPLOYMENT, F.S.P. (FUNDAE), with address at C/Torrelaguna, 56; 28027 Madrid , with C.I.F: G83027391, registered in the Register of Labour Foundations, under number 86, seats 1 and 2 (current registration number 30), (hereinafter, FUNDAE).

2. USERS:

Access and/or use of this FUNDAE website attributes the status of interested, to anyone who accepts, from that access and/or use, the General Conditions of Use listed here. These Conditions shall apply regardless of the General Conditions of Employment which, if any, are binding.

3. USING THE PORTAL :

The FUNDAE website provides access to a multitude of information, services, programmes or data (hereinafter referred to as "content") on the Internet belonging to FUNDAE or to its licensors, to whom the interested party may have access.

The person concerned assumes liability for the use of the website. This liability extends to the registration that is necessary to access certain services or content. When registering, the interested party will be responsible for providing truthful and lawful information. As a result of this registration, the interested party may be provided with a password for which they will be responsible, undertaking to use it diligently and confidentially.

The interested party undertakes to appropriately use the content and services (such as chat services, discussion forums or newsgroups) that FUNDAE provides through its website, and including, but not limited to, not using them to (i) engage in actions that are unlawful, illegal or contrary to good faith and public order; (ii) disseminate content or propaganda that is racist, xenophobic, illegal-pornographic, sympathetic to terrorists or of against human rights; (iii) cause damage to the physical and logical systems of FUNDAE, its suppliers or third parties, introduce or disseminate computer viruses or any other physical or logical systems that are susceptible to the above-mentioned damage to the network; (iv) attempt to access and, if applicable, use other users' email accounts and modify or manipulate their messages.

FUNDAE reserves the right to withdraw all comments and contributions that infringe on respect for the dignity of the person, which are discriminatory, xenophobic, racist, pornographic, which infringe on youth or children, public order or security or which, in its view, are not suitable for publication. In any case, FUNDAE will not be liable for the opinions expressed by users through forums, chats, or other participation tools.

4. INTELLECTUAL AND INDUSTRIAL PROPERTY:

FUNDAE itself or as assignee, owns all intellectual and industrial property rights to its websites, and the elements contained therein (including images, sound, audio, video, software or texts; trademarks or logos, colour schemes, structure and design, selection of used materials, computer programs necessary for its operation, access and use, etc.) are owned by FUNDAE or its licensors.

Under Articles 8 and 32.1, second paragraph, of the Intellectual Property Law, it is expressly forbidden to reproduce, distribute and publicly communicate all or part of the contents of this website, including how it is made available, for commercial purposes, on any device and by any technical means, without the authorisation of FUNDAE.

The interested party undertakes to respect the intellectual and industrial property rights of FUNDAE. You can view the web page items and even print, copy, and store them on your computer's hard drive or any other physical device, provided that they are, only and exclusively, for your personal and private use. The interested party must refrain from deleting, altering, avoiding or manipulating any protective device or security system installed on the FUNDAE pages.

5. EXCLUSION OF GUARANTEES AND LIABILITY :

In no event shall FUNDAE be liable for any damages of any nature that may occur, including: errors or omissions in the content, lack of availability of the portal or the transmission of viruses or malware in the content, despite having taken all the necessary technological measures to avoid it.

6. MODIFICATIONS:

FUNDAE reserves the right to make any modifications it deems appropriate on its website without prior notice. It can change, delete or add both the content and services it provides and the way in which they are presented or located on its website.

7. LINKS:

In the event that links or hyperlinks to other Internet sites are available on the website, FUNDAE shall not exercise any control over such sites and content. In no event shall FUNDAEassume any liability for the content of any link belonging to a foreign website, nor shall it guarantee the technical availability, quality, reliability, accuracy, amplitude, veracity, validity and constitutionality of any material or information on any such hyperlinks or other Internet sites. Similarly, the inclusion of these external connections shall not imply any association, merger or participation with the connected entities.

Without prejudice to the foregoing, some links will be previously negotiated or agreed with the person responsible for the linked content, so that a consideration will be generated for the actions freely carried out by the interested party. In no event shall this situation affect the exclusion of liability for the linked content or the independence of this medium.

8. RIGHT TO EXCLUSION:

FUNDAE reserves the right to refuse or withdraw access to its website and/or the services offered without prior warning, at its own or a third party's request, to those users who fail to comply with these General Conditions of Use.

9. GENERAL INFORMATION:

FUNDAE shall pursue the failure to comply with these conditions as well as any misuse of its website by exercising all civil and criminal actions that may correspond to it in law.

10. MODIFICATION OF THESE CONDITIONS AND DURATION:

FUNDAE may modify the conditions herein at any time, and they will be duly published as they appear here. The validity of the above conditions shall be based on their exposure and shall be in force until they are modified by others duly published.
