Tripartite agreement. It was signed on 7 February 2006 with indefinite validity. Its main purposes are:
- To encourage the training of workers, regardless of their employment or unemployment situation, by improving their professional training and personal promotion.
- To provide the appropriate knowledge and practices for the requirements of the labour market and the needs of companies.
- To contribute to improving the productivity and competitiveness of companies.
- To improve the employability possibilities for unemployed people, especially those with the greatest difficulties of labour insertion, such as those who have been unemployed a long time, women, young people, immigrants and people with disabilities.
- To promote the accreditation of professional skills acquired through formal and non-formal training processes and work experience.
