Receipt and referral of requests, submissions and communications

For greater agility, it is advisable to use the standard documents in the Procedures section, indicating the subject of the communication on the envelope.

Copy validation/certification (subsidy recipients)

Documents to be validated: proof of costs requiring postage, excluding payroll, accounting documents, self-assessment or any other internal cost support.

Copies and originals, previously sealed according to the stamp model indicated in the justification statement of the subsidy of the corresponding call, shall be provided. Otherwise, the originals stamped with their copies, previously numbered and accompanied by a list, must be deposited. Registration will deliver the corresponding proof of deposit to be provided to collect the originals.

We remind you that the check can be made by the notary, and it is possible to impose expenses for this concept in the justification of the aid.

To avoid unnecessary waiting, we recommend that you make a prior appointment on the telephone number provided. In case of attending without a prior appointment, you will be attended to in order of arrival, if the availability of the service permits.
